Prices and Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Postage and handling charges are not included in the listed price - this is calculated upon checkout where you will then proceed to PayPal. There is no need to set up a PayPal account to process your order. All prices include GST.

Postage and Delivery

We will do our absolute best to send out your order the day it arrives (before 12 noon). All our parcels are sent via Registered Mail with Australia Post. In some cases, we may send your parcels by Express Post depending on the order. This usually takes between 1 - 4 days depending on where you live and postage service we use.

For products sent directly from Thailand, please allow at least 7 working days for delivery. We will confirm delivery details with you after we receive your order.

All original paintings will be sent by courier only which will include insurance. This must be signed for upon delivery.

The postage seems a bit high for the actual goods. Please explain.

Due to the complexity of having lots of unique products (which are different sizes & weights), we have had to roughly estimate the postage costs for each item and when they are part of a bigger order with other items. Some of our products are sent directly from Thailand as well as Australia. If the postage price seems a bit high to you, just send us an email first and we will confirm postage cost accordingly after we've received all your details.

If we have accidentally charged more than the actual postage price, we will happily refund you the difference or give you a credit voucher for any future purchases online.

Why is there no option listed for overseas shipments for some products?

Unfortunately, for some items we are unable to accurately calculate the postage price until we receive your actual order of goods. Don't let this put you off purchasing our wonderful products. Please contact us directly with your order and we will advise postage cost accordingly. Please accept our sincere apologies for this but I am sure that you would prefer us to be accurate with the postage costs rather than estimating.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of goods and we will advise you how to proceed. We will happily arrange for a replacement once the items have been returned to us.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you have received the goods and are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the goods to us in exchange for another product or credit note up to the same value as of the original purchase price. We do not refund any postage and handling fees. We will not accept returned goods that have been marked or damaged.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of the returned goods. It is their responsiblilty to ensure that the returned goods arrive safely back to us so we highly recommend that they are properly packaged and insured to the value of the purchase price. The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition together with the invoice.

Please note that any original artwork returned to us MUST BE INSURED AND PACKAGED PROPERLY. Any damage occurred during return transit will be paid for by customer.

As a general policy, we do not provide refunds if you change your mind.
