All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Postage and handling charges are not included in the listed price - this is calculated upon checkout. All prices include GST.

We will do our absolute best to send out your order the day it arrives (before 12 noon). Most of our parcels are sent via Registered Mail with Australia Post. In some cases, we may send your parcels by Express Post depending on the order. This usually takes between 1 - 4 days depending on where you live and postage service we use.

All original paintings will be sent by courier only which will include insurance. This must be signed for upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot process any overseas orders directly through the shopping cart at the moment. We apologise for this delay as we are still finalising our overseas postage & handling charges. We want to get the best and safest way to deliver our goods to you. We hope to have this sorted asap.

If you live in the UK and are interested in purchasing any of the cards, we advise you to buy the cards there as it will not only be alot cheaper but also because they are made there. It will cost roughly the same postage & handling fees to buy 1 mug as it would to buy 9. So we encourage you to spend your money wisely and buy more of our fabulous products so you get more value for money on your postage & handling fees!

The same with all our greeting cards - we encourage you to purchase at least 5 cards to make the same postage & handling fees worthwhile.

All our greeting cards have been printed in the UK. Our notecard and stationery sets are made in China as well as our high quality fine bone china mugs for Hamilton Baird. All the original artwork and limited edition product has been created by Chris here in Australia.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
